Vid Theft...Again.

viddingAn acquaintance of mine has had a vid of theirs stolen on Youtube. He has asked the uploader (marysinger2012) to remove the vid multiple times over the past few months, and although this person originally said they made a mistake in uploading it, they refuse to remove the stolen vid.
The vid still has the original vidder's watermark on it, but has been set to a different song.
Since this vid was made in memory of the original vidders sister (whom has passed away), I think this is particularly heinous.
