They've got tons of interesting plugins and presets, most of which I haven't used (and frankly wouldn't even know what to do with), but I've had a lot of fun with the 3S bundle, which includes Shine and Starglow, both of which I've used in AfterEffects for various purposes in recent vids. There are plenty of tutorials available, both from Red Giant and out in the wilds of YouTube, which I found very helpful.
For folks who like using effects, the sale might be worth a look. Most of the things on offer are compatible with After Effects; some can also be used with Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Motion, Avid, or Sony Vegas.
