Late last year my venerable desktop computer died, taking with it the tools that I'd long used to get sources for vids, WinDVD Ripper for Mac for dvds and Tune4Mac for iTunes sources. I'm now using my slightly newer Macbook Air and while I've grown used to the the smaller screen and FCP X, I found that the old workhorse software is incompatible with the newer Mac OS. I think WinDVD Ripper recently came out with an updated version that will work, but I still have no idea what to use for the stuff I've purchased through iTunes over the years.
Any idea of software that will do the trick and not be thwarted by DRM?

Noteburner is what I used for iTunes in the past - it looks like they have updated software available.
Good luck!! I'll be interested in what others say for regular DVD ripping as my version of Mac the Ripper won't install on my new computer either. :( (although their website apparently has a newer version available for purchase and it's not too much $)
