Wonderful to find a new vidding forum

I was just trying to find information about the new law making its way thru congress and what it means to our vidding. The House passed a new copyright bill (the CASE Act) on October 22, 2019, and in the Senate it has been approved by the Committee on the Judiciary without amendment. As outlined in the bill, damages would be capped at $15,000 for each infringed work [article, photo, cartoon, etc.] Is there a place where this has been discussed. Thanks.
