aris_tgd: I feel like a Vorlon on its back--I can't get up and it's my fault! (amused at own stupidity)

Resizing issue exporting from Premiere Pro CS3--help?

Hey, so I am having a technical problem with a vid and was wondering if someone could help.

Okay, so I accidentally created my Premiere workspace with a video size larger than the files I'm working with. Great, says I, that's fine, I'll finish the vid and then lop off the edges with AVS/VirtualDub and make it go from there. Only, when I export, the actual rendered video area is much smaller than my input file video sizes.

My input videos are XViD-encoded avis 640x352 pixels. These go into Premiere, into a 720x576 work area, get sliced and diced, then frameserved using Debugmode Frameserver to an AVS file where I do the cropping, then VirtualDub where I paste the sound back on and compress to the final file. The final vid size comes out as 452x248.

Is there a setting I'm accidentally triggering? The files seem to be the correct size in Premiere. The crop settings are right to get rid of the black space with no extra trimming. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you, gentle readers!
