If you don't care about what the menus look like (i.e. you're happy with it looking super plain generic) then like...maybe a week before? I mean, it probably takes me maybe 10 minutes to prepare the stuff for the DVD per vid,then maybe half an hour to an hour (depending on how many vids are on it) to build the .iso file, then another half hour to burn it to disc. So like, I can do it in an evening, especially if I'm not messing about with custom menus. The only thing is that you'll be travelling and in case I run into problems or I need a replacement video file or something, it's probably better we don't do it at the last minute? But like, I could, you know. I've been doing so much re-encoding for the con, I'll probably be doing it in my sleep... ;)
